Service design training and mentoring program for cultural and sports institutions

The aim of the project is to develop and offer Estonian cultural and sports institutions a service design and mentoring program, which will help them to develop and provide services to third-country nationals living outside Tallinn. The training program supports the practical use of user-centered service design principles and skills in cultural and sports institutions, and targeted development of services. A total of 10 prototypes of the service will be developed during the project. The activities are carried out in cooperation with the Social Innovation Laboratory.
