This project aims to support vulnerable IDP women living in five Georgian IDP settlements and in four settlements on the South Ossetian boundary line in reaching sustainable livelihoods. This is done through organizing transversal and business skills trainings in order to support gaining and improving practical skills and developing business plans. 20 of the best and most sustainable business ideas as well as 20 already existing women-led businesses are granted conditional entrepreneurship grants to start with small businesses or extending the work of existing ones, followed by a 6 month-long mentorship programme and additional trainings to support sustainability of supported businesses. As a result of the project, the beneficiaries and their communities have improved their livelihoods.
